The European Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (ESGE) Endoscopy Camp 2025 has just wrapped up – and what an inspiring few days it has been! As a proud industry partner of this fully booked educational program, we supported participants as they engaged in hands-on training sessions.

Under the guidance of Prof. Istvan Hritz and Prof. Roberta Maselli, participants practiced procedures ranging from gastroscopy and colonoscopy to polypectomy and hemostasis techniques. All of this was grounded in clinical context through interactive lectures and small-group discussions.

Mastering advanced endoscopic techniques requires hands-on training in a realistic setting. That’s why we proudly supported the recent ESD (Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection) and Third Space Endoscopy workshop, hosted by the Erasmus School of Endoscopy (ESE) in Braga by Dr. Arjun Koch.

This workshop offered participants the opportunity to perform ESD procedures using our PENTAX Medical i20c Video Endoscope Series to deliver optimal image quality and ergonomic handling. In addition, physicians gained valuable experience in managing complications like bleeding and perforation while using tools such as the HemoStat WideCupTM, which offers precise bleeding control through its unique bipolar technology.

At PENTAX Medical, we believe education is a shared responsibility. Through strong partnerships, we aim to empower physicians with both cutting-edge tools and the expert-led training needed to develop the confidence required for complex clinical cases.
