  • Market based Product Life Cycle Management for a defined product portfolio with focus on Segmentation, Positioning and Differentiation.
  • Developes and executes Marketing plan in the segment. Plans activities and marketing actions with the countries to support the market penetration
  • Assures product evaluation during clinical testing, makes product ready for market
  • Launches responsibility. Plans and manages cross functional implementation of new products
  • Assumes active role/position in sales support by frequent interaction with customers in the market
  • Product growth responsibility. Increases demand by developing marketing strategy and manages marketing programs which grow sales, enhances sales by development and implementation of sales tools eg. Value proposition and TTT Target and Strategy meeting
  • Ensures knowledge transfer in the EMEA organisation and guarantee flow of information (product pack product information brochures and presentation materials; training concept for sales forces, go to market strategy
  • Deep segment knowledge. Developes, maintains, analyses and shares market intelligence information to increase deep knowledge.
  • Developes and supports network of experts and advocates; coordinates scientific activities to increase & support scientific evidence for our products
  • Coordinates live workshops & supports main EMEA congresses

Qualification-

  • Preferable Master of Business Administration
  • Degree in the field of medical technology or business studies with focus on Marketing

  • Betreuung der PENTAX Bestandskunden, Erstellung eines Kundenentwicklungsplans
  • Aufnahme des Bedarfs, Kalkulation und Erstellung eines bedarfsgerechten Angebots unter Berücksichtigung der Margenvorgaben
  • Sicherstellung des Auftragseingangs bei PENTAX im Sinne des implementierten PENTAX Verkaufsprozesses

Qualification-

Ihr Profil:

 

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Ausbildung in einer medizinischen Fachrichtung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Vertrieb von Investitionsgütern, idealerweise von Medizintechnik
  • Hervorragendes Verhandlungsgeschick und gewandt im Umgang mit Kunden
  • Sehr gutes Kommunikationsverhalten mit Kunden und Kollegen
  • Proaktive Herangehensweise, Zielorientierung
  • Sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten
  • Fähigkeit zu selbständigem, strukturiertem und zuverlässigem Arbeiten

Legal Counsel (m/f) – Corporate Legal

Main Tasks:

  • Ensure comprehensive and competent legal advice in the preparation, review and negotiation of contracts for business customers
  • Provide legal assistance during product development phase
  • Drive solution of all judicial disputes with customers and vendors

Qualification-

Education & Experience:

  • 1st and 2nd legal state exams with above average results.
  • 8 - 10 years’ post-qualification commercial legal experience in law firm and/or in-house.
  • Strong Corporate and Commercial law experience.
  • Both international and national legal professional experience and/or education will be favorably considered.
  • Ability to translate complex legal or factual issues into plain language communications.
  • Identify, analyze and resolve complex legal issues with solution-oriented focus while pragmatically balancing risk.
  • English and German language skills to business standard - additional European languages skills are welcome.
  • Mastery of legal and relevant business knowledge in multiple practices areas in a country/region.

Responsabilités principales

Assurer la réalisation des objectifs de vente et prestations de service.

Commercialiser et promouvoir auprès des établissements hospitaliers privés et publics, les produits de la division PENTAX et ses contrats de service.

Développer et consolider le chiffre d’affaires au niveau du secteur.

Elaborer la stratégie commerciale du secteur avec votre manager.

Former le personnel à l’utilisation de nos produits.

Conseils aux réponses techniques, aux appels d’offres et autres consultations.

Rédaction et présentation des propositions commerciales avec calcul de profitabilité.

Connaître son marché : base installée PENTAX et concurrence ainsi que les opportunités de ventes en cours et futures.

Evaluer les potentiels clients/ secteur.

Ajuster la planification des visites clients en fonction des besoins clients, des résultats commerciaux et des impératifs de la division.

Qualification-

Profil recherché 

Dans ce cadre, nous recherchons un candidat ayant une formation commerciale BAC 2 Bac 5 de type BTS ou Ecole de Commerce.

Justifiant d une expérience de 3 ans minimum dans un rôle de vente principalement dans le domaine médical.

Être capables de négocier avec des interlocuteurs divers, ingénieurs biomédicaux, acheteurs, directeurs, etc, auprès des établissements hospitaliers privés et publics.

Product Marketing Manager – Medical Devices EMEA – EUS/ERCP

We are searching for a Product Manager EMEA who is a strong marketeer and wishes a position where his/her strategic marketing skills will be used across the EMEA. We look for someone with the experience of product launches in one of the big 5 European countries and interested to work in a multi-cultural environment interacting with a strong sales and marketing team throughout the EMEA.

Main Responsibilities/Main Tasks

  • Work in the EMEA Product Marketing team Market based Product Life Cycle Management for a defined product portfolio with a focus on segmentation, positioning, differentiation, and messages.
  • Product launch – plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan
