  • Betreuung der PENTAX Bestandskunden, Erstellung eines Kundenentwicklungsplans

Qualification-

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Ausbildung in einer medizinischen Fachrichtung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Vertrieb von Investitionsgütern, idealerweise von Medizintechnik
  • Hervorragendes Verhandlungsgeschick und gewandt im Umgang mit Kunde
  • Sehr gutes Kommunikationsverhalten mit Kunden und Kollegen

Supply Chain Specialist

Planning and purchasing of merchandise goods (equipment, accessories and 3rd Party products) at the right time, quantity and type, as well as the surveillance of the delivery.

  • Tracking reporting key functional metrics to drive down inventory and improve effectiveness

Digital Marketing Manager

Manage and lead the digital marketing strategy across EMEA to support the business growth of PENTAX Medical.

 

Main tasks:

  •  Manage and enhance the customer portal “my PENTAX Medical” which provides 24/7 access to all online services.
  • Conceptualize, implement and monitor digital marketing campaigns leveraging a cloud based CRM solution.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and the business divisions to support and execute CRM (Salesforce.com) and marketing automation (Marketing Cloud) strategies to enhance the overall marketing communication initiatives.
  • Build, develop and manage customer journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Run and monitor projects in line with the planned EMEA marketing budget
  • Support sister companies and distributors on digital marketing activities
  • Develop design and produces content for the company websites and social media channels
  • Develop and manages product microsites with agencies and other service providers.

Qualification-

  • Degree in marketing with focus on digital/online marketing, media/communication studies or business administration
  • 3+ years of working experience in digital marketing within a digital agency or company
  • Proven working experience and success in designing, implementing and monitoring of digital campaigns

The Dynamics NAV / AX Consultant and Developer is consulting the BUs regarding the implementation of business processes and is performing NAV projects & subsystems which could also include development activities. She / he participates in international AX-projects.
