With the introduction of the revolutionary PENTAX EPK-i processor, we are taking the PENTAX Service Platform to an unprecedented level of integrated technologies and value-added services. For the first time, information about your actual equipment usage can be automatically captured and formulated into a proactive plan for scheduled maintenance. At your request, PENTAX technicians can use a secure internet connection to log into your EPK-i processor remotely and assess your equipment in real time. And the PENTAX i-Suite of applications and EPK-i network architecture transform statistical data captured during procedures into information that you can use to more effectively manage your business.

Loaner Equipment Program
 

 

The PENTAX Loaner Equipment program helps support your case schedule while your own equipment is being serviced. Simply request a loaner instrument while making arrangements with PENTAX Customer Service for your repair, and a loaner instrument will be shipped to you, typically within 24-36 hours.

 
Service Portal
 


PENTAX will soon release the on-line PENTAX Service Portal. The information presented here will come directly from our SAP Enterprise system, refreshed nightly to provide you visibility to the progress and current status of your equipment repair. Secured access to this proprietary information will be provided to you free of charge for your convenience.

Repair Order Status
See the progression of your instrument through the PENTAX repair process.

Loaner Equipment Status
Manage the use and return of PENTAX loaner equipment issued to your account.

 
On-Site Services
 


PENTAX provides a skilled team of Territory Service Representatives located strategically throughout the country to be highly responsive to all of your on-site service needs. This team offers on-site preventive maintenance services, assessment of your equipment handling procedures, and hands-on training and guidance to your reprocessing and sterilization staff, all with a focus on maintaining productive use of your PENTAX equipment. In addition, the PENTAX On-Site Service Team of certified technicians will travel to your location when needed to investigate and resolve any concern with the operation of your PENTAX equipment.

 
Service Plan
 


The PENTAX Service Plan provides an effective way to budget and manage your service needs while ensuring a consistent record of high-quality maintenance for your PENTAX equipment. Our service plan features a comprehensive list of options to tailor the plan to meet your individual needs.

PENTAX takes an active role in tracking your equipment usage and maintenance trends in an effort to understand and help manage your repair costs. Periodic review of your utilization provides the opportunity for corrective and preventive actions to maximize the value of your service plan.

If you should decide not to participate in the advantages of a PENTAX Service Plan, you can still ensure the integrity of your PENTAX equipment by choosing PENTAX repair services on an as-needed basis. Simply contact your PENTAX Customer Service Representative to arrange for a repair quotation.
