2017 promises to be an exciting year in the world of endoscopy as we gain further momentum in our product release schedule featuring new innovations to better support you and your departments.

We will be introducing new solutions to improve detection, characterization and therapeutic options. Our commitment to therapeutics was demonstrated in early 2017 with the purchase of C2 Therapeutics in the US.  A particular focus will also be given to diagnosis and treatment, offering unique hygiene standards. Following the recent attention given to the reprocessing of endoscopic devices, we will be introducing new products which will set new standards in medical device hygiene.

2016 saw the introduction of some key customer offerings from PENTAX Medical, including our new online customer portal. We understand the need for our customers to be able to access key information quickly and easily. The new portal is now allowing departments to accurately plan the servicing and repairs of their endoscopic fleets, improving efficiency and enhancing equipment availability. In addition, the portal also provides access to all of our training courses, allowing users to both engage with online training courses, and organise and register for our Training for Excellence courses at sites around the EMEA region.

The combination of support services and products we offer allows our customers to benefit from completely tailored solutions for their hospitals and clinics. The next twelve months will see further innovations being added to this portfolio in support of both clinicians and their patients.
