STATEMENT ON COVID-19 OUTBREAK

At PENTAX Medical (Pentax of America Inc.), we recognize the important role we play in improving the quality of patient care. The health and well-being of our valued customers and their patients are always a top priority, and as we all navigate the rapidly evolving coronavirus (COVID-19) situation together, we want to ensure you that we are taking extra precautions to continue serving our customers as usual.

We also recognize the potential pressure that this situation may cause. In efforts to protect hospital staff members and patients, we fully understand the need to limit access to facilities by non-essential personnel. Our valued customers have our full support and we will honor all protocols and requirements to attain this goal.

To support our employees, we continue to share information with them on the best ways to safeguard themselves and their families and have implemented numerous precautions to keep our team safe. Among these precautions, effective today, we are restricting business travel that requires the boarding of an airplane, train, or bus; we are suspending in-person meetings greater than 10 people; and employees who can do so will be working from home.

PENTAX Medical is proud to provide support to our employees, customers, their patients, and those on the front line in the battle against COVID-19. We will continue to pay close attention to the situation and will respond accordingly.
