Welcome to the latest issue of InFocus. In this edition we focus on patient hygiene and demonstrate how we are working to improve their safety. We introduce highlights from a presentation by Professor Marco J Bruno explaining the benefits of single use products and share our new reprocessing focussed nurse training modules in our regular Training update.

There’s also a ‘Sneak Preview’ of our Blackbox Innovations process which led to the development of the new DEC™ for single patient use, as well as the regular Scientific Update, which in this issue investigates the use of disposables in reprocessing.
