Forward Academy™ EUS masterclass
This intensive 2-day workshop, inspired by the ESGE guidelines1, is tailored for ambitious physicians aiming to become proficient leaders in Endoscopic Ultrasound.
Over two days, participants will study and practice various advanced EUS-guided techniques and interventions.
Day One Lessons:
- The connection between ultrasound physics and image optimization
- Management of complications during therapeutic interventions
- Review of procedure videos for complex cases.
Day Two will involve participants engaging in hands-on ex-vivo simulations across multiple workstations, including:
- EUS-guided biliary drainage workstations
- EUS-RFA for selective tissue ablation workstations.

- Target group: GI Endoscopists with EUS experience.
- Number of participants: 16 persons
- Criteria for application: endoscopists able to perform diagnostic and therapeutic EGD/colonoscopy and independently carried out 100+ diagnostic EUS and basic therapeutic EUS procedures.
- Selection process: all applications will be carefully reviewed by the Forward Academy™ trainers to select the 16 final participants based on the above application criteria.
